By installing and using One Click Backup, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.
One Click Backup provides automated backup and restore functionality for your Shopify store. The app creates copies of your store data and allows you to restore it when needed. The service includes scheduled backups, manual backups, selective restore, and backup comparison features.
Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system on a recurring monthly basis. All plans include a 14-day free trial. Plan limits (number of schedules, retention period, and backup storage) vary by tier and are clearly listed in the app. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for configuring backup schedules that meet your needs. While we strive to provide reliable service, we recommend regularly verifying that your backups are running as expected.
You retain full ownership of all data backed up through our service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your store data. Your data is stored securely and is only accessed to perform backup and restore operations.
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, server updates, or factors beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime.
One Click Backup is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Your use of the app is at your own risk. We strongly recommend maintaining multiple backup strategies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, your backup data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate service for accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.
